We saw their instagram post and as we were looking to purchase a new couch we thought we’d check them out. Not expecting a lot as we typically shop name brand stores for furniture however upon arrival we were blown away! First and foremost was the service - it wasn’t just the greeting we were met with, it was Daniel welcoming us and making us feel like we were visiting a friend. Both he and Radu are such professionals, they listened to our needs and showed us around showroom with their inventory. They explained to us that on a weekly basis they rec new product so if we didn’t see something we loved then just wait a week and come back for a whole new selection and they were right. The following week we went and found the perfect couch for the space we had in mind. They listened to us - understood our family needs and got us the perfect sectional. They had the sectional professionally cleaned and their delivery team was fantastic. Scheduling was on time and within a short window so weren’t stuck waiting around all day for them. They set up the section - explained to us how it connects together and took all packaging away with them. This experience was the surprise we didn’t see coming - an unconventional furniture business run by two guys who are absolutely fantastic- honourable and with integrity whom I would and have referred friends to already. Great job Daniel & Radu you guys are awesome.
