After hearing a glowing reference from our relatives, we decided to check out this shop for a new sofa and some custom window seating. We were impressed by the variety of designs and the build quality. We recently purchased a two piece recliner sofa set from Big Boss Furniture Inc. and are very pleased with our purchase. With excellent customer service received at their showroom all the way until delivery, was absolutely perfect. They delivered our furniture with the utmost care and attention and set it up and cleared all the packaging which made things easier for us. Daljit paji also came along for the delivery and set up and made sure everything was good. Highly recommended!
Visited this store some few days ago and had the worst experience. At the very beginning, all people were so kind as usual. Walked around the showroom only to accidentally (I really mean accidentally) topple over a table with some lamps. Store employee comes by and says “oh madam you have broken all my lamps and you have to pay”. I tried to explain that it was not intentional but accidental and they could not understand but reiterated you have to pay and got aggressive! The showroom is haphazardly organised and there are high chances something can be hit. Please be careful as you walk around otherwise you will have to pay through your nose. I have taken whatever action I need to take against them.

I am writing this review after 8 months of using their furniture, I have such a bad experience with it, i called them so many times but after getting money they don’t want to look back, bad customer service, bad quality,Delivery was not on time.Worse experience of my life.
