Worse service ever! The sales staff lie just to make a sale — be careful, you might get scammed. The salesgirl told me that installation was included in the delivery, which I paid for. But when the delivery guys showed up, they just dropped everything off and left without installing anything. When I called the store, they refused to help and told me to call back the next day. I explained that I needed the bed frame set up because I had nowhere to sleep, but they wouldn’t listen and just told me to “manage for a day.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. To the Owner: This is not a fake review, as you mentioned. I called on the same day my bed was delivered. Your employee told me she was the manager, so I asked to speak with the owner or have the owner call me back. She said you were out of the country, and when I asked if she could try to reach you, she refused. Given that, I’d like to know—what else could I have done in that situation?

We bought a dining table set between Feb- March 2025. Worst decision ever. The delivery persons were not professional ( they walked in with wet shoes and no shoe covers on, forgot the tools to complete the work the same day they came etc). I was ready to forgive. It has not even been five months and all the chairs and party’s of the table are falling apart. No one is at home to use a dining table so it is not from heave use. I will post some of the photos and hope they take accountability.
Amazing customer service. Very helpful and informative. Our salesperson was Jeet. My fiancé and I purchased a full 6 piece bed set along with a bamboo mattress at an amazing price. I have bought my previous set from here as well as long as a couch for our family room all of which are still in long lasting condition.
This is an update to my review...can't get any help from this company to resolve my complaint...store emoloyees won't give me a name of a manager or owner to contact. Just keep putting me off. They took my money but won't do anything to rectify their mistake. Wouldn't recommend this furniture store to anyone...BEWARE.. Very bad experience I got my furniture today they could not get it through the front door. They only tried less than a few minutes and they didn't even take the leg's off the couch. I went upstairs for a minute I can back the two guys left. And left the furniture outside and didn't tell me they were leaving. And the store people that I talked to didn't care. She didn't even tell the guys to come back and pick up the furniture and bring back to the store. I'm a 60 old woman and didn't have anyone to help me. Please don't shop at this furniture store ? terrible service awful staffing no help what so ever. I had to call movers a few hours later to bring my furniture up.. don't shop here..
Had a fabulous experience at dreamland furniture. Sam, he helped us to buy our dream furniture. They have good quality with reasonable prices. Would recommend to people who wants to start with low budget furniture.
Great place to browse and buy decent furniture selections. The sales staff is quite helpful; I got a double bedset, which I did not expect to receive after visiting numerous other places. They presented me with the greatest solution within my budget. 5 star for their customer service. ??
