Worst customer service experience I placed an order for three chairs in the store. I was told that I would receive a call one day before the delivery day to confirm a delivery time window. Instead, I received a call from the delivery company without being given any options. The delivery company advised me to contact the store, but when I did, the store changed their explanation and said that customers cannot choose a delivery time window, and that changing it would require an additional fee. Why should customers pay extra for something that is clearly the store’s responsibility? This is completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund, and the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. My time was wasted for an entire week waiting for these chairs, and now I need to find an alternative elsewhere. This was my last time shopping at Structube. I truly wish I could give zero stars.
You can always expect excellent consistent client care at Structube Etobicoke location. Buying furniture for a new place can be a daunting task. The assistance of Amrita and Mimoza, made my experience simplified, seamless and memorable. Their genuine helpful approach and attention to detail made my shopping experience a very pleasant one. Ordered something with the expected arrival of August 5th. Mid September and still nothing, they just keep delaying and no one has any information. Everytime I call, I get a different answer. Don’t trust this place. Terrible customer service and they literally have zero idea what they’re doing.
Every piece of furniture I bought from Ikea, Costco, Wayfair have been delivered to me on time. Structube on the other hand is the opposite. Not only do they push back your delivery date to dates that dont work out for you, but the team will also not finish/close the ticket when requesting for help. Instead of me paying for a sofa bed and a coffee that was to be delivered by the first of September, they've charged me for 2 coffee tables, and one sofa bed... and neither of them are available till next month!! IF i could give it a 0 star i would. Never EVER doing business here.
Structube as a brand has amazing products. The store I visited has nice workers. The only thing I don't like, I think they should improve is to get just a bit better quality furniture. I ordered Vada sideboard, it came today and the quality is a bit low. For $337 it could be better. I agree they do have some items beautiful and good for its price, but I think they can do better.
The worst quality and customer service ever. Do not buy anything from Structube. Have not been able to return a poor quality order despite trying every channel.
Good sales, nice showroom....trendy " low rider" pieces- That's my over 50 term for...I might not get up from this piece of furniture without help! LOL
