I bought the clooods sofa 2 years ago and it’s been great. I have slept in the sofa for weeks (my sister slept on it for 3 months) and is comfortable enough. Is very firm so if you look for a soft sofa this might not be the option. I love that is easy to re arrange. The only downside is that the back cushions are a little reclined so I always need to use a pillow behind. Fabric is good (although it came with a little cut) and hasn’t changed. I tried once removing the cover to a seat cushion but i couldn’t. Didnt try again. I didnt know the company and i wasnt sure if it was good idea to buy online but searching online i found good reviews and decided to give it s chance. I dont regret it
Bought CLOOODS sofa set and already in love with it! Sofa is very comfortable and easily can move around pieces to make different combinations according to our needs. Getting another one soon!
Love their whole VR try at home process as it helped me to choose the style and colour that fits my space and delivery was smooth. The rep (Kami) on emails was super helpful and found quick solution to my not being able to order online. The delivery was smooth and I was communicated to prior to their arrival and brought into my home to it's designated space. Unwrapping was fun though could be scary as I didn't want to tear any fabric in the process. I liked that the pillows had a strip to pull, much easier to open. But the plastic wrap was great protection. The couch is amazing and fits varying needs and configurations which is the best part especially in a condo where you need furniture that can serve various purposes! It is on the firm side which I love as it makes standing up easier, not sure how it does on sleeping. The other thing that is of concern is the pieces separating wondering where the Velcro strips to keep them together are as I didn't receive any. Love the colours available!
Highly recommend the Feydom Bon Bon L. It was the perfect solution for our basement suite. The quality and modularity is unbeatable. Kami and her staff were incredibly professional and the whole process was seamless. We viewed the sofa on a Friday and had it delivered the next week.
We received the Cloood sectional couch just before Thanksgiving and was able to really give it a test run. All pieces were well packaged and easy to assemble (minimal assembly require). We had some guest sleep on it and they said it was comfortable to sleep on and because the layout allowed for 2 separate beds that was a bonus. We were able to arrange the sections into 2 separate couches for Thanksgiving which allowed for more seating. All pieces were easy to move and the hook and loop strips held the sections together very well, even with kids jumping on them. I like how the bottom is open. The vacuum can easily fit under it and I can see all the toys that roll under the couch. The cushions are easy to clean. We had a spill and was able to spot clean it without water stains being left behind. We even spilled a large amount of juice on it, because of the fleece backing on the fabric and the fleece cover over the foam nothing soaked into the foam. The cover was a bit difficult to remove but once we figured out to fold the hook and loop inside it came off fairly easy and came out of the washer fine. We received a lot of compliments on the couch and I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new couch. Also Kami and Kristian were excellent to work with. They answered all our questions and concerns.
Kami and Team have been extremely accommodating and flexible to work with. We are very happy with the BonBonL and Chase chair. Kami even came over to the home to measure and make sure the space was right for the product and made suggestions based on the decor and space. We would highly recommend Feydom to family and friends.
