Home Xcent is hands down one of the best furniture stores I’ve ever shopped at. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the difference. The prices are excellent, the furniture is beautiful and high quality, and there is an amazing variety of pieces that feel modern and thoughtfully chosen. What truly sets Home Xcent apart is the owners. They are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely take the time to listen to what you’re looking for. They make the entire experience feel personal and stress-free, and you never feel pressured to buy anything. Every visit feels enjoyable, and it’s clear how much care and passion they put into their business. If you’re looking for great value, beautiful furniture, and outstanding customer service, I cannot recommend Home Xcent enough.
This store has an interesting mix of eclectic home decor but the male sales clerk was busy on his cell phone and completely ignored me and another fellow customer who was browsing also.
This place is Xcellent! Can I speak about great CS. The owner is so professional and caring. I bought a sectional from them and the manger personally delivered it. He was so patient. And he followed the steps and made sure it was delivered on time and in a professional manner. I was so grateful. The owner came himself, even though he forgot to charge me the delivery fee. I HATE boss Sound. They should take a page out of this company book. Please support and he will work with you as it relates to payments. And Google says they are closed they are aren't just moved upstairs.
Such a wonderful experience shopping at Home Xcent, in Woodbine Mall! Aunty and Uncle were so helpful and kind to my wife and I when we were there last weekend shopping for a new dining set for our new home. Aunty was willing to show up various pieces and walked us through her inventory so selflessly, we made a purchase in no time! As we explored the store, we noticed beautiful murti's in a section of the store- we had to make another purchase and took these great idols! This place sell stuff are not being honest whoever buy stuff make them, make sure open up before paid they give you exactly what you brought. Cause they not being honest. Becareful with this shop.
I’ve bought a coffee table set that is not fitting in the dining room, called the staff they’re not friendly or willing to help at all even tho we paid 12,000 for it once they made sale they washed their hands off and we told we’re not asking for refudn, I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone because all furniture stores do help customers and they give exceptionas but not this one.
Best service & Amazing products..feel like buying everything from that store..they gave me a great deal..bought the furniture for the whole house from them...
