We bought two Lennon power recliners from the Etobicoke location. They’re great. And Keith at the store was knowledgeable, patient and a big help in choosing them. Couldn’t be happier with our first La-Z-Boys!
We purchased an electric recliner chair from this location in January, and within the 10 months of owning this chair, it’s been broken for 6 of those months. They have come back to fix the same problem 3 times, and it keeps breaking. Meanwhile, we wait a minimum of 6 weeks for new parts to arrive, after waiting a few weeks to even get an appointment to assess what’s wrong. For the price we paid for this chair, I would expect much better, faster service. Actually, I would expect to not have any issues at all. The last time they came to fix it, they brought the wrong parts, so we are again waiting. Would NOT recommend this company to others.
My initial experience was terrible - I ordered a custom chair and have had to have it serviced twice (without even being able to use it). I ordered a power recliner for my wife - was convinced to make it a rocking chair (it was $300 cheaper) and I was reassured that the rocking feature would not effect the reclining feature! This has not been true AT ALL. The chair was delivered broken and had to be returned (which was a massive hassle to achieve). Then after receiving it a second time “fixed” - it was broken AGAIN! The technician came and identified that the base was too high for the chair, the front panel was too long, and the mechanism that lifts the legs was bent. After a ton of emails and phone calls to the quality care centre they finally came up with an appropriate solution - after much fighting. For this experience I would have rated them a 0/5 stars. BUT our experience today on the queensway with Tony was phenomenal - he listened to what we wanted, took his time with us, was very understanding of our situation and frustrations. He went over EVERY detail and based off of his service I would have given them a 5/5! But given the way the rest of the experience has been I had to give a 3/5 stars!
My wife and I had a very poor customer service experience, we waited 6 months for a power reclining couch when we finally received it the leather was ripped. We waited another month for them to order the replacement piece of leather and come out and replace it. We phoned head office to see what compensation they could offer for inconveniencing us and we were met with hostility and excuses instead of retaining a future customer which we for sure will not be.
The sales person Roman was extremely helpful very knowledgeable about the company and the product that the company has he answered all the questions that I have to ask him.
Fai (Pintuson Keadmonkong) was a very helpful in helping us select our sofas. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and was able to provide us with a quick delivery date. Highly recomend this La-Z-Boy and Fai. To cap it all off, the delivery was handled by 2 excellent individuals who took pride in the setup and ensuring that no damage occured.
Marina was so patient and knowledgeable, I cannot say enough good things about her friendly, competent work ethic. Thank you Marina for helping me with everything. I also appreciate the great customer service team that responded so quickly to my special needs. Thank you all!
