Mr. Singh is always accessible if the customer ask to speak with him. Do check them out, you will find something you like at an affordable price.

Initially, I was very upset with the service. I had some concerns with my delivery. Jatin came over and fixed the issues and explained everything. I was satisfied with his dedication and service. Instore service can improve. You have to be careful of how you word and explain things to customers. Small details should be addressed during delivery. Delivery personnel should unwrap and finish up minor details. Not everyone is a handyman or has experience in such things, that's why they pay a premium for ready-made items. My point is to support local businesses rather than big box stores. Expectations are high because I have purchased from here before.
If you're looking to save a quick buck, you get what you pay for. Going with a major reputable seller, perhaps online, will result in better buyer protections and customer satisfaction. Verify the return policy. They don't have one. Dishonest owner. They said they'd deliver a brand new sofabed equivalent to the floor model. They delivered the floor model that had an unpleasant and pungent scent. That's strike one. Refused refund and there are seller protections on in-store credit card payment; they know their way around the law well. That's strike two. They then told us there was a backorder issue due to shipping container shortages (that they knew about beforehand) and offered another sofabed as replacement. Strike three. These first three wrongs were all intentional which felt more offensive than receiving low quality service - it was more like a planned scam or grifting. Strike four: The delivery movers damaged the walls moving the furniture. No compensation. Experience with first replacement: The initial replacement futon-bed was of less functional design but we thought it would be ok. It was poor quality, defective or a bad design as it gave way within 24 hours. They allowed an exchange at least. Second replacement. We ended up getting a functional stiff love seat since they didn't have anything else that served the intended purpose. It came with two stiff pillows.
