Love my local station. Pumps are quick; store is clean and well-stuffed. Always super friendly service from the manager. Thank you for helping me with propane tanks and tea making :)
A nice looking station with an easy get in/ out. Slow pmt processing. Last time the gas I got from there, was terrible! My milage on my car went up by 75%, and the weather was similar to the previous week. I went from 14 to 21-22 l/100 km. Getting new gas, and the milage moved down to average! Maybe, it was my bad luck, will try again one day! No, I would Not recommend this station.
I got lost on my bike for a few minutes and when I saw shell, it reminded me where I was and continued down the road. Thank you for saving me minutes of my life, Shell.
Frankly, I'm not a big fan of Shell, but this gas station is decent. Fair prices and you save with a CAA card. Staff are able to do their job properly. And to be honest, the gasoline itself seemed legit. It smelled like quality gas, it flowed out of the hose with purity and when I spilled a drop it even looked like real gas. Pleasant.
I attempted to purchase a $30 Chatr voucher at this station for a friend. The attendant who was clearly new to the job and likely new to the country had difficulty understanding the request. He ultimately gave me a voucher for $30. I gave the voucher to my friend who told me it wasn't working. Upon inspection 3 days later I realized they sold me a Solo mobile voucher (Solo mobile has been discontinued since 2012 after being purchased by Bell). I returned to the store with the voucher. The clerk told me I would need to talk to the manager the next day. I returned the next day and spoke to the manager. The manager took my phone number and said he would call me by the end of the day which of course he didn't. I contacted Shell customer service who asked the manager about the issue. The manager had told the customer service person that he was waiting for me to return and I hadn't returned. In other words he lied! Me being livid upon reading this lie, called customer service again. Customer service reiterated the no refunds or corrections policy (re-read the script). Of course I did have the option of buying another card and too bad for the $33.90 that I already spent but they did offer me a sandwich and a drink. Pretty damn expensive sandwich and drink! Seeing as I would not be able to readily receive satisfactory compensation for their mistake. They can retrieve the $52 in gas from the garbage bin from where I poured it! I figure if they can be unapologetic for costing me then I likewise can be unapologetic in costing them. I will never use Shell again! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Still not using this disreputable corporation. Getting my gas and related items from everyone else!
Just came here to say that my credit card information got stolen when I paid at the pump. A few hours later I had over $2000 of charges on my card. Not blaming the gas station but someone must have put one of those things that reads your card number. Be careful when paying at the pump here.
Not even one star because the guy was very rude on duty and even if I was asking him about a courtesy of something which is obligated by any gas station to provide this quantity he simply refused it and he said I don't need business from you go away
