Visited Royal gas & convenience for the first time because they had the lowest price in the area. Appreciated that the service was also top notch. Roshan was very friendly.
Full service gas station near Humber Bay Park West, stopped here to get some ice for a picnic earlier this weekend. The staff truly watched out for us and gave us the good packs of ice. Would return again!
As many have mentioned, a young man pumped gas for my wife twice in the last week, and on the second go my wife noticed something was off and realized he tried to rip her off $10. Both times the total dollar amount was higher than it has ever been to fill our vehicles. He apologized and gave her a $10 cash refund, the pump read $71 and he charged $81 on the PoS machine. Sketchy stuff and clearly unethical. Will not be going back here.
Very convenient option in lakeshore area. No need to get out of the vehicle as the Pump attendants help you fill gas and close payment. Madhav was very helpful in providing a refund when I accidentally paid for more than what I required to fill.
The young man there will try to rob you of $5 a transaction. He will pump $5 less than you ask for and pocket it. He will block the pump so you can’t see the display. Make sure you ask for your receipt! He tried it on me but I noticed, so he corrected what amount he put into the POS machine, but this morning did it to my daughter who didn’t confront him out of fear.
