They double charged me and I’ve shown them proof. Took them 3 days to reply to me saying they “only see one” so I had to open a dispute with my bank and the bank says they have to pay me…the man working kept saying come back in another couple of days. Not sure what they don’t understand that there’s two charges and I’m showing them proof. Ridiculous.
Worst facility, I went here on 2024.03.25 at 4:47pm and the guy on the counter was awful, very rude, no respect for customer, I request the owner if they can change him otherwise I am not gonna come here ever. Thank you.
Don't buy gas here. My friend went there on his motorcycle which was almost tank empty. After filling up at the Shell station he drove about 2km and the bike started to give him problems. He had to call CAA took it to a mechanic the mechanic told him the gasoline was bad. They drain the lines and the tank put in fresh gasoline and the bike ran fine. My friend went back to the Shell station told them what happened and they reimbursed him for the gasoline. I stopped going to that shell years ago because I need the receipt for tax purposes but there printer at the pump is always out of paper so you have to go inside to ask for a receipt. I find the same problem at every Shell station that I've been to.
Shutting down a gas station and locking your doors at 8pm is insulting. I suggest the guy who insists on doing this realizes he’s hurting business for his papa
Sorry, can not support a local gas station that treats it customers and neibors like criminals after dark. Last thing I need after pulling a double work shift is having to jump through hoops just to get the privilege of fill up my car, and there is zero convience having a store that won't won't let you buy anything unless it's through the tiny after dark window.
Check your change. 2 days in a row I went in there for $15 in gasoline, handed him a $50 bill and both times he gave me chance for a 20. When I told him to check the camera he said it was broken. I then said if you don’t give me the proper changethe camera wasn’t the only thing that was gonna be broken.
Confusing? No direction, had to go to pump, go to teller, back to pump, back to teller for gas? Are you serious people have better things to do. Just happen to be there that day, worst service ever. And was billed over amount at till. Have To trust Co that they'll only charge correct ant of gas. Options for customers to be easily ripped off if your not monitoring how much you actually paid by going back to your bank or credit card v Company and by double checking. Buyer beware.
