I stopped at this Petro-Canada and honestly it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a gas station. The washroom was “out of order” again, the same excuse every time, and it’s unbelievable how many Petro-Canada locations have the exact same issue. It really feels like they don’t care at all about their customers’ basic needs. When you’re open 24 hours and you can’t even keep a working washroom, that tells you everything about the management. If they can’t maintain something that simple, I can only imagine how they handle the rest. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back here anymore.
Alert: car wash here is NOT 24 hours. It closes everyday at 10 pm. There is neither any signboard for this anywhere nor an entrance for carwash is blocked. You would enter your car in a tight space and then you have to reverse it. Staff was very rude when asked about the wash.
Took a wrong turn to this station. even had a bad feeling going in. Pulled up to fill with diesel. filled full tank from empty Next day while driving to Ottawa car started to crap out reducing engine power Etc. barely made it back to Toronto. Took to mechanic and he said he never seen diesel of this colour in his 10 years as a mechanic. their fuel blew my fuel pump Stay away from this station. far far away.
Very bad experience here, the machine doesn’t work properly, the cashier saying base on company policy they won’t refund money ☹️ . Nearby Pioneer provides good service and HALF price , 2044 Kipling Ave
Frustrating and disappointing. Car wash broke down and when I asked for money back, the clerk said he couldn't do it and offered free car wash saying its valid and can be used at any Petro Canada. Come to find out now it isn't. So now I have to drive back from Hamilton to this location in Etobicoke to get my car wash done. Truly wasted my time.
don't understand how the Petro- Canada give license to operate this gas station!!! The guys who working here with student visa they have zero experience, they very rude and lied!!! I washed my car today here 01.30.2025 ,my car left door full of scratches, when I show them they say automatically that scratches not from here!!! They didn't say sorry about the damage!!! I never ever going to this gas station, please think twice before you go there!!!
The car cash damage my friend car windshield after I spoke with manager he didn’t help me then I called the police plz avoid to use their car wash these people are not trustworthy
