Another day another 2 pumps out of service, they seem to have outages everyday. No paper in machines for receipt (edit 1, another day 2 more pumps out of service) (edit 2, half the pumps are out today and no paper in the working one)(edit 3, payment not working at Pump, need to go inside...)

would recommend going literally anywhere else was denied sale of tabasco products with two forms of legal ID by seenjaa was not asked any questions in regards to my birthday/address etc. truly unprofessional, rude and unpleasant experience.
The worst gas station I’ve ever been to. Here’s what happened: The pump kept shutting off, making it impossible to refuel. I went to the staff to ask what the issue was and if they could help. And here’s what the cashier recommended—keep pressing the pump trigger after it shuts off, repeating this 100-200 times until I manage to refuel. After this experience, I will never fill up there again or at any station in this chain.
This station has always been poor. Today at pump 6 the nozzle is malfunctioning it took me 15 min to pump 20 liters of gas - either it's broken or needs to be cleaned but as usual my visit here was frustrating. Usually it's the rude customer service. Better to go over to Queensway and East Mall where the station actually has room to move.
Midnight shift is sleeping at work. Last 3 times I went to Esso after 12am, nobody was there. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes and leaving. Please have a look at your camera footages!
Their system is down and after I paid and everything the girl told me oh our system is down and then she said they’ll refund but it’s gonna take time and that she can’t do anything about it the level of stupidity I don’t understand she could’ve told me before I paid
