Went through the carwash here ,complained that the brush didn't clean the car properly, the car is pearl white, employee named utkal which wasn't even the employee I was speaking with originally it was a female cashier.. utkal came in and started exploding,another employee tried telling me to wipe down the car before washing it extremely rude,customer service was horrible, at any other gas station they wouldve just gave the wash no questions once they saw it wasn't properly washed. If petro canada can review the tape of this incident inside the store and see how he is not suitable for customer service,very aggressive rude and not kind at all, from the beginning you can tell from his tone.. id greatly appreciate it. Im gonna include the ticket so you can see the time and date
worst pup, couple reason 1.gauge is running fast not the gas coming out at same pase 2. compare to other locations price is high 3. staff doesn't even know how to operate cancelled my transaction coz even after asking they selected wrong grade and - ve rating from me cheating your coustomer is not a nice thing

On May 11, 2025, at around 3:20 am , I visited a Petro-Canada store and asked to use the washroom. The staff told me it was out of order, but I could see that it was actually working. It’s frustrating when basic facilities are available but not accessible to customers. I hope Petro-Canada takes this seriously and ensures that such issues are handled more respectfully in the future.
Rahul helped me so much, I was in a rental vehicle and could not figure out how to get the vehicle into neutral..... he was such a great help, ran inside three times, help me figure out the neutral..... this is a great gas station, great place to get a car wash! Highly recommended. Thank you again Rahul, you are awesome.
Went inside to pay and the lady working the counter was freaking on a customer for something. Way too much anger/attitude while doing her job. Not a very professional look for Petro Canada.
