I just came back from here I put 30 dollars to fill my tank but I got a notification that I got charged 250 dollars and the 34 these guys have some fraud in there machines
They do offer cheap fuel. While other gas stations offering 1.3/liter they offer 1.2/litter However, there is no free lunch The printer at the pump was not working. I waited on the line for ages (a crew there was training a new crew), my ice cream melted, and I was told they couldn’t get the receipt as well.
I had a great experience with Petro-Canada customer service! I went there Thursday evening that shift staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to my questions. It really made my day easier. Thank you for the excellent service – will definitely come back again!
Very rude staff and full of attitude. There is a good way of telling things to customers. But I think they don’t consider customer service as part of their job. For increasing sales employees plays a vital role. I would never go to this gas station ever again and recommend my friends not to go there. No doubt prices are very good but that’s not the only thing matters.
Pre-fill system not working on pump 11, pump 9 worked but took a ridiculously long time after authenticating my credit card to actually pump gas. After confirming I wanted a receipt the machine proceeded to made a series of hilarious sounds for at least 30sec and you guessed it...no receipt lol. Station looks new but must not be getting any maintenance. Will check out Shell across the street next time.
4 days now trying to buy gas from this stupid company. I just called and woman said system is working. Drove there just to find out it is not working. Dumb woman behind counter has lots of attitude, maybe she should look for a new job. I went to Shell across the street.
"Washroom closed... sorrryyyy.." pathetic. Why turn Canada into a 3rd world country where such basic needs as washrooms are not availabke? If they cant fix their washroom, take away their franchise rights already Petro Canada
