The attached car wash is a nice perk — it does a good job for a quick exterior clean and is usually well kept, though there can be a short line on weekends. The convenience store is tidy and has the basics you’d expect — drinks, snacks, and car-care items. Prices are standard for Petro-Canada, and staff are usually friendly and efficient.
Very disappointed with this Petro-Canada location. They never allow customers to use the restroom, even when it’s an emergency. The staff, especially one Indian girl at the counter, was quite rude and unhelpful. Definitely not the kind of customer service expected from a big brand like Petro-Canada.

Third class service by all of their employees. Usually I do not visit this address because of their unhelpful staff. But today I thought to get my car washed at this location and the petro canada's stupid application did not work. When asked from the person on the cash counter/ service representative he did not take any initiative to help me and directly said to talk to the customer service on the given number. I had faced the application issues before in Vaughan, Oakville and in Mississauga too but every time the representative took a step forward to help me either by helping me with the application or by issuing me the wash slip as a courtesy for the application not working and a represents an excellent customer service. However, no matter who the person is at this gas station, nobody likes to help the customer. I would never recommend this pathetic gas station to anyone. Such locations should be closed by petro canada itself.
I am visiting this store 3rd time today whenever I come the washroom is always out of order. The GSA was very rude and arrogant. They should learn customer service
Already paid for vacuum today at 5pm and vacuum was not working. The lady at the counter just said they can’t do anything about it. If you can’t do anything, at least put a notice there if the vacuum is not working so that we don’t pay for it.
Tried to fill up gas for $10. Told me I need to prepay inside and so I did. Once completed, I sat in the car and it did not fill up any gas in my tank. I went inside and told the female working (4:30pm on 11/24/2024) that it did not fill up any gas and she told me maybe my odometer is not working? Beware of fraud happening at this gas station where they charge beforehand but not dispensing any gas at this station.
