This place has really gone downhill. Can no longer pay at the pump. They force everyone to go inside and pay at the counter. So inconvenient to be waiting in a line behind 10 people. What is it 1985? No thanks I got places to be. Gas up at shell where I can get air miles and 5 cents off with CAA and most importantly I can pay at the pump and get on with my day!!

Hi G E I am really sorry about it. Recently we in trouble regarding outside AFD Payment. Our technician and software providers working to find out the real cause. Why this happening This is not intentional we are in some difficult situation. But working hard to resolved this awkward situation. I used to exclusively come to this station because of the low gas prices. But something got messed up with the card payment system at the pumps in the last few months... It doesn't work reliably for me anymore. I put my credit card in and nothing happens. Some of the screens on the pumps look broken and the only way I can get anything to work is to go inside to prepay. No bueno. Now I just go to the pioneer up the street where I can pay with my card at the pump, reliably. I talked with the clerks on a number of occasions and they don't seem to acknowledge there are any problems. Too bad. :-(

I rated a 2 because of my experience today. At 5:45 pm I went to the gas station. There were 3 other patrons of South Asian descent ( India, Bengali or Sri Lankan). The cashiers were also of South Asian descent. I am a black man. I was the only one asked to prepay at the pump. Normally, that is a requirement after late hours in the evening. When I saw the 3 men go in and pay after pumping the gas, I asked the 2 cashiers Why I was asked to prepay! None of them replied to me. I left and confirmed with all 3 patrons that they did not prepay for the gas. One of the patrons even said to me he is a regular and has never been asked whether morning or night. I am also a regular but I am asked to prepay most times.I will never return here. It’s unfortunate

Ignorant cashier aside, How on earth can you not grade your fuel by the Octane? Your 4 available pumps are : "Diesel", "87 octane", "Mid grade" and "premium" Seriously? Don't you guys know people's cars have different requirement of fuel types?
