We're a family with two young kids and different prescription needs, and the team at this pharmacy is incredibly proactive in filling all our prescriptions ahead of time and accurately. They always call us before to verify our renewals and get them filled, then call again to say they're ready for pick up. They know our voices on the phone and faces in the pharmacy, so there isn't the "Have you been here before?" questions we got Every Single Time at the Shoppers down the street. They also made it super easy to get our annual shots and vaccinations for our whole family, even with screaming and crying kids. The personal service, dedication to knowing their customers and proactively meeting their needs, and just generally being really friendly and great people have made us feel so at home. We are So Happy that we no longer have to deal with the Shoppers down the street and the constant "what's your name?" "what's your address?" "do you have insurance?" every time we came in.
