This location has worst customer service ever I called there for to ask something i waited 1hour 30 min in waiting and thn they said that they are busy and cut the call directly For that particular thing i went there 3 times they said it will stock tomorrow so i called them to make sure but no answers directly cut the call talked very rudly
Very poor Canada Post customer service experience. I had a minor address correction to make, which is quite common. When I returned to the counter to clarify it, the staff member’s ( East Asian woman) attitude toward me was unexpectedly rude and dismissive clearly showed racial discrimination. What stood out was the clear contrast in how I was treated compared to the previous customer. I was polite, smiled, and apologized for the confusion, yet I was met with hostility, ignored when I asked questions, and not given basic assistance. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. She didn’t even let me make the correction on the parcel and gave a death stare. I’m not sure if she’s suitable for the job. Customer-facing roles require respect and courtesy, and this interaction fell far below that standard. I considered speaking to a manager but chose to leave instead. Encounters like this really damage trust and ruin what should be a simple customer experience.
I had a wonderful experience at this location, I had purchased some items from a different location who was unwilling to accept the return within less than 3 days because the cosmetics manager was not available. I needed to catch my flight so I called this location and they were able to assist very kindly as well. I unfortunately did not get the name of the lovely lady- cashier manager who helped me out but she was so kind and understanding. Thank you so much ma’am, you are amazing!!!
The staff at the pharmacy really shows care & consideration for your needs when it comes to getting your medication. I had a issue with Costco Pharmacy on Rodeo drive and they literally treat u like garbage providing no alternative or reasoning when your medication is backordered. Ana got my prescription transferred to this location and I was able to p/u the next day.

I've noticed a real positive shift at the Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy. The vibe feels new more welcoming and attentive The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and take time to explain everything clearly. I’m especially impressed by how caring and personable they’ve become with medication and health questions. It feels like they truly care. This new energy makes a big difference. Please keep it up!
I realize running a large store is hectic so employee more staff. When items are on sale make sure that they scan correctly please. Persons should not have to shop and then return for refund because of over charge. Thank you for the reply. Also thank you for the apology. That is all I was asking for from the man on the phone but it never came. Your staff are amazing maybe an off day
