This store/pharmacy are absolutely amazing. They are the best Pharmacy in Ontario, their store personell are helpful, informative, friendly and kind. They treat their customers like family, and they remember your name, information, and always make you feel special. The shopping experience is exceptional because they understand customer service. They are incredibly knowledgeable, and the level of service they provide their customers is truly outstanding and unique. Couldn’t find a COVID test anywhere but they had them in stock here. Most pharmacies even make you go through 3-5 minutes of options + hold times just to connect with someone. This place is super fast, affordable and easy to communicate with. I got into the store and out within a few minutes hassle free!
I sent my son to get some of the free covid tests that the government says are available, and instead of telling him that they were not one of the suppliers of the free tests, they sold him $50 worth of tests, and then would not give a refund when he took them right back.
Great staff...best pharmacists... been going here for more then 10 years ... they know me by name, my prescriptions and anytime there was a change or I needed assistance they ALWAYS went out of thier way to help me .... will never go to another pharmacy... customer for life ... customer service is alive and happening here and I appreciate that!
My family and I have been customers of this pharmacy since Glen Cade himself was behind the pharmacy counter many years ago. In all those years we have been grateful to receive the kindest, most caring and professional service from each and every staff member we have dealt with. Recently we received our Covid vaccine at Glencade and other than our family Doctor there is no other location we would have felt as safe with. Thanks to all Glencade staff past and present.
Worst customer service ever..the owner hangs up the phone and the workers there were so rude when it came to booking a vaccine. They just hung up the phone when I had further questions. I am sorry I understand that certain people are not eligible but when someone asks questions there is called respect. Your employees or yourself as a owner have none of that. Quite sad. I will be sure to let others know my experience. Instead of an apology on the phone he decides to hang up. Sir we are all stressed and busy. Your not the only one. If I could give a zero I would.
