Don't think the person behind the counter will actually do what they're supposed to do for Purolator services....called them to see of they were open on Truth / Reconciliation day and no one picked up. No wonder they didnt, the lady behind the counter couldn't stop talking on the phone (sounded like a personal call) while I wanted to return something through Purolator. She threw the return envelope at me , barely remembered to print and scan the adhesive label (which I had to put the label on the envelope and the items inside myself)....she did not stop talking on the phone this whole time too. I had to make sure she actually scanned my return before I left.
Extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. I came in to refill a prescription that my doctor had clearly prescribed, but the pharmacist on duty—supposedly a fill-in—refused to do it. He was completely wrong about the situation and refused to fill the medication without a valid reason. I was sick at the time and the last thing I needed was to travel around looking for another pharmacy. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what I had to do. At 6:30 p.m., I was forced to find another pharmacy—and thankfully, they were able to fill the exact same prescription that same night with no issue at all. The stress and inconvenience this caused were completely unnecessary. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest others look elsewhere for competent and reliable service.

Great service. I called a few days before and made and appointment for a travel PCR test. I went as scheduled and was serviced promptly. The Pharmacists are professional. The test was done and my results sent via email the next day as committed. Also price for the tests was much less expensive than some of the other pharmacies. - great work, thanks
Went in person to schedule an appointment for a test since they never answer the phones. They took my information and told me they would call me later to schedule an appointment for the following day. Never heard back so I called the next day to learn that they had no intent of giving me a COVID test.
If you want to escape the chaos of most larger pharmacies , come to this pharmacy! You will find an environment of knowledge, efficiency, kindness and peace.
Best place to go for vaccine and PCR or Rapid test. The Pharmacist is very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Staff is nice, welcoming and always provide great service.
