I had a pleasant experience. My daughter received a flu vaccine, the staff was exceptionally cordial and treated her with such kindness that she even refrained from crying after receiving the vaccine.
Couple days ago I sent my worker to the pharmacy to get something for his eye and hey came back with a body cam forage of the pharmacy acting out of place, it seems her daughter asked them if they needed help and she then shouted at them and then told them to wait on her and don’t talk to her daughter, keep in mind her daughter works there and had ask them if they needed help, when they ask her why she was acting like that she got more mad and didn’t want to help them, she refused to give them medical help, even when she made them wait in line and was next she refused medical help. She seems to be unable and unwilling to do her job, seems like she’s a really disgusting person to deal with, watching the video of her bashing them like that is not professional and wasn’t called for, as said before her daughter asked them first if they needed help. When they was rudely told to not talk to that one daughter and wait in line for her, another worker asked them if they can help them but it seems they declined the help as they didn’t want to put that one in trouble as well. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of this problem at that pharmacy, I won’t recommend this place to anyone once that lady is there, she is very rude and unprofessional, no one should neglect medical help. We sent a worker there with an eye problem! This lady is very unpleasant, came across like racism It’s best to stay away from this place
Absolutely rude and unprofessional!! Called to confirm order and he hung up twice on me. These people lack simple etiquette. Taking my business elsewhere.
This pharmacy needs some experience in customer service. I was video chatting with my friend, as he often calls me whenever he needs my professional medical opinion about things, and in this particular scenario it was about oral Vitamins. Suddenly, a member of staff approached him and said he has been standing there for "long" talking to himself and it is getting to her. He responded that he was not speaking to himself but rather speaking to someone on the phone and asked her how he was disturbing her. Her response was that he was annoying her.He then looked down at the phone during this altercation and then she started trying to imitate him. At this point I told him to put what he had back and leave the store. Him clearly leaving, was not even enough, she continued to mock him!!!! Now, I don't know what sort of establishment this is but it is clearly lacking in professionalism. If I was not on a video chat during it all I would not have believed it myself. Do better!!! It was clear that she profiled him!!
Hi very bad experience I came here to print a paper asked for help from the store no help was provided and I was told that the worker doesn’t know how to print it if the workers don’t know how to print then why are they even working there I will never be Comming to this pharmacy again very bad service and the worker naver helps when we need help
I called to get a vaccine appointment. The pharmacist was extremely nice and helpful. The next day, I was able to get an appointment in a short amount of time. Didn’t have to wait 4-6 wks. The lady that administered my shot was super friendly and funny. I have a fear of needles and she was able to distract me and gave me the shot without realizing she was done. She has a great sense of humour. Next, I will bring my parents there to get their vaccine.Thanks for a great service and for caring about your customers.
Worst customer service,they speak to customers like garbage the asian lady and her husband if am not wrong,someone needs to do something abut their behavior,no customer service at all
