Haphazard service. Sometimes good but too many times deficient. Several times they sent me SMS text messages indicating prescriptions were ready for pickup and when I showed up one or two were not. Sometimes I made a renewal request online one day and the next day it was ready for pickup. Other times it took more than a week and nothing happened. Only after I followed up in person they deemed to look into the delay at all.
I have hit or miss experiences here that range from good to vexing. They've been great in person. On the phone, after I told someone my doctor received a fax of a past medicine as requested, they hung up instantly. Perhaps I will request the medicine earlier next time and bring the prescription to a different pharmacy.
always double check the expiration date when you buy. they don't check expiration dates on their products. bought a rash creme it's already expired 2022.
literally waited over fifteen minutes for one of the SEVEN people working to even acknowledge that I was there. If I could give less than one star I would. Very disorganized. When I finally got to speak to someone they said they had no record of the medication that I had been getting for months from there.
Dropped off a prescription and assistant said 20 mins, I came back two hours later and they didn’t even start I had to wait an extra half hour for my prescription. Definitely won’t be coming back here.
Worst pharmacy ever staff are mad rude dunt know anything about customer service overcharge peoples insurnace policy and have distrust in thier customer who have been loyal to them for years thier staff really aren't on same page with each other "UNPROFFESIONALS"
I have been going here for years because they always explain the medication and if you don't understand they help you also they address you by name and very friendly
