Kipling pharmacy is the best the owner Nancy is an individual who goes the extra mile to make sure all your questions and concerns are understood and genuinely cares about you and your family. She is also a walk in clinic so if you need a flu or covid shot or booster she can book everyone of your family at the same time rather than having to run back and forth to meet different doctors appointments and curb your times so you have more time with your family which matters the most. There is no comparison to the attention to detail and compassion she shows for everyone she deals with not to mention the dispensing fees are almost half of what the big pharmacies are on just about everything not to mention occasion occurs that your prescription is on backorder from shortages from major pharmaceutical companies she has many alternatives for generic solutions that are the same quality but usually much easier availability while always double checking with your caregiver before making any decisions which builds trust and partnership with your family caregiver something that goes a long way nowadays. She also provides delivery so it's a win win if your unable to get there for your meds. In closing try her once and I guarantee you won't go anywhere else.
If I was to give less than one star I would have done so. If you want to be insulted, if you want people raising their voices with you then this is the place to go. This pharmacy entered the program to vaccinate people against Covid...but when you phone for an appointment, no appointment is available, they are always out of stock. I live at a walking distance to this pharmacy but have to travel to get my family and myself vaccinated. I will ask Ontario Health to check on this pharmacy and why they included it in their vaccination program.
