I have been here for the Walk in Dr. about 4 times and have had a great experience every time. The receptionist is so friendly and kind. It’s moderately busy but you never have to wait super long. Highly recommend!
Staff was amazing until they refused to sign my form so they could print their own (literally scanned my copy to print and then signed the one they printed, same exact form) just so they could charge $50+ for the paperwork. Didn’t even tell me about this fee until the very end. Needed this form for school which should also be covered but they said “the procedure is covered, the paperwork isn’t.” None of the other clinics i’ve gone to charged me for this (had to do it a few times), service was amazing but this fee was so unnecessary. Response to reply: The charge is the main issue, not the paperwork. Every other clinic I’ve visited didn’t charge for this test or paperwork. It’s entirely up to your discretion to charge, which is fair IF I’d been informed beforehand, but I wasn’t. I would’ve gone elsewhere If i’d known, I just came here as I happened to be in the area. Bottom line is, I was forced to pay a fee I didn’t know about for something that would’ve been fully free elsewhere so i’m not pleased with my experience here. Staff was wonderful but I won’t be back.
Provides Quick, efficient service, I never have to wait long, The receptionist Sherry is super friendly and always greets you with smile and Positive Energy I love that the pharmacy is right inside the office so you can get everything done at 1 place they are quick but don’t compromise on efficiency , Will help with any questions you may have. I also have a family doctor but I have to book an appointment which means I won’t get to see my actual doctor for another week atleast So if I have a cold or something that needs immediate attention/treatment I can walk in and be seen within the hour without an appointment ( I basically live across the street so it really is super convenient for me) I highly recommend this clinic, I’ve been to more than a few different walk ins on the lakeshore and I Can honestly say They are the best!? Seriously…No one likes going to the doctor ♀️, but I usually leave feeling confident with the diagnosis, A smile on my face…and my meds , ofcourse
Sherry is so nice and accommodating, Dr Jabor always listens and is knowledgeable. Its always so fast& easy coming here, which is exactly what you need when you have health concerns or feeling unwell.
This clinic has the best staff hands down. I had recently gone in for some new medication that I ended up having pretty severe side effects from, I was so sick and called the clinic for advice. I left a message and the doctor called me back within 20 minutes. It was such a relief that he made the time for me when I was in such a terrible place. He advised me to stop the medication and prescribed me a new one for the following day, sent the prescription to the pharmacy within the same half hour. This is a clinic that truly cares for their patients and that is so hard to find these days. Thank you Dr Jabor!
I requested hormone testing due to ongoing issues, but Dr. Jabor was initially unwilling to order the tests. After I insisted, he provided a bloodwork requisition but marked it as NOT COVERED BY OHIP, which I didn’t notice until arriving at the lab. The tests themselves are normally OHIP-covered, but because of how the form was marked, I was asked to pay out of pocket. I felt that my concerns and time were not given proper consideration. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor.
Arrived 10 am to walk in to see the doctor and dint see the doctor until 12:15 pm. Be prepared to wait 2 hours minimum for a walk in. Doctors are nice but if you are really in pain, go to emergency not this walk in clinic.
