I went to this clinic 2 times with my child. there was a friendly girl sitting at the counter who helped with all my questions, I don’t speak English well and I had a phone translator in my hands, but even that didn’t stop us from finding a common language. I don't understand why this place has bad reviews. Always ready to help and fast reception. my child liked it too
Dr.Lavanya is the most caring doctor I’ve ever been to. I really wish she was a family doctor. If you need walk-in services, this is the best place to go in the area. Cameras in washroom are not operational during walk in visits, only used for the addiction clinic.
I've had asthma since childhood and I needed my inhalers renewed. I explained that my family doctor retired and it was next to impossible to find a new one. I asked for 6 months supply to give me time to find a new family doctor. The doctor refused to give me more than a one month supply. She said that they only see their substance abuse patients on a walk-in basis and she was seeing me as a one-time exception and to go somewhere else in the future. Forcing doctorless patients go to walk-in clinics monthly for stable chronic conditions is a waste of health care resources and taxpayers money. They need to stop advertising as a walk in clinic.
I had a wonderful experience with the place ,they took amazing help with my son ,when he is sick . I'm very happy woth the results and help that they offered and they are professional!
The woman that works in the front is so incredibly rude. I came in at 330 she said it's 430 I can't take any patients. I said it's 330 and she said , "Oh well ya I'm not taking anyone" the walk in closed at 530 and there was only two patients. The next time I came in she tried to deter me saying they're on lunch did I really want to wait. I said yes. Horrible service.
Went in to see a doctor for my arthritis and wasn't even seen because I asked to fill out a medical form. Secretary said the doctor can't fill them out. Never heard of that in my life. Don't waste your time at this walk in.
I have received great service and support from this clinic. I am totally satisfied with the clinic, doctors, specialists working there, as well as pharmacy and pharmacist Dr. Malekshahi. I have got within few days an appointment from a neurologist. To be honest, this could take months if you go else where. All the followup appointments are arranged on time. Doctors and specialists take great care of your healing process and health. The good point is you get all prescribed medication from lake pharmacy. So you do not need to be worry and look for any other pharmacy. Great Thanks to lake clinic team for being so responsible towards my health :)
