We’ve been visiting this family doctor for almost 6 years and I'm consistently impressed by the exceptional care and service provided! The doctor is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to listen to concerns.He explain complex medical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.And I appreciate his willingness to answer questions and address any worries.And the receptionist is friendly, efficient, and always welcoming.They're well-organized and ensure seamless appointment scheduling.Their positive attitude sets the tone for a pleasant visit. Overall, I highly recommend this medical practice to anyone seeking personalized, top-notch care. Thank you to the entire team especially Dr.Nizran, Who has always taken care of my Family’s health.
2 stars and they're just because Dr. Nizran is such a nice guy. I've been coming here for years now but i had the worst interaction with the front desk at my appointment today which was very disappointing. I had informed the receptionist when booking, that I needed to speak with Dr. Nizran and required the earliest appointment available. She told me to come in at 10 AM (thats when they open). I was waiting almost an hour before asking her where the doctor was and she responded with "he's not here yet, he comes in at 11, you should know that, it's been 2 years". Speaking from experience as a previous medical receptionist, it is NOT the patient's job to know the comings and goings of the doctor, that is the RECEPTIONIST'S job to organize the schedule and inform patients of long wait times etc. I was very disappointed that I had to wait 1.5 hours to see the doctor for a quick 1 minute signature. It caused a delay in the rest of my day which was very inconvenient. Furthermore, they have upped the cost to have medical forms filled out for students to about $136, which is extremely expensive especially for a non-working full-time student like myself. (turns out there are other places that do it for $40 or less, sadly I found this out after). I started coming here because back in 2020, the wait time was minimal, the doctor and receptionists were kind and attentive. However, seeing how there has been a long wait time every time regardless of booking an appointment, and receiving attitude from the receptionist has really made me lose trust in this clinic. New patients beware of outrageous pricing and long wait times. (booking an appointment does nothing, you might as well go to a walk in)

Hello am a Patient of this doctor Nazran. And to be honest he is the worst doctor i have ever come across. His attitude is very bad and doesnt even know how to approach and talk to a client. This Man is not suppose to be a doctor. Thank you.
I used to have him as my family Doctor when I was younger, I’m 21 now, I remember him always disregarding my issues and treating them as very minor. Recently I found out that he was doing the same to my grandpa, my grandpa had a bad cough and heart pains and all he would say is that it’s just apart of ageing, we go to a specialist and we find out my grandpa had 4 heart vessels blocked and he was at risk of a heart attack at any moment. Please do not go here, he will not give urgent care and just brush it off, I suggest finding another doctor.
