Drove 45 mins from home to this shop to get a new pair of shoes. When we arrived and tried on some pairs, they didnt have them in my size and asked if we could wait an hour so they can bring the stocks from their warehouse. However it was quite late in the evening already so we asked if we can come back tmr and they comfirmed yes (we really liked the pair and the staff was very helpful and nice then). We organized our schedule around the day after to come again and purchase (literally on the verge of purchase), drove another 40 mins only to hear that no shoes were sent here from the warehouse for us. The employee then (a different one) also acted like helping us was the last thing she wanna do. Extremely disappointed and would never come back again, nor recommended to anyome else.
Editing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. This club used to have very helpful staff (Angel and Benny), these two stars are for you. Felix has also been accommodating, he's been giving our group a discount since the start. The bad: They haven't installed the AC. It's been weeks, playing during hot days is really challenging and sometimes unsafe, if you don't stay hydrated. Booking has always been tricky because of the SMS system they use. Sometimes you would book thru Felix but the booking will not be entered on their in-club system. Other times our group would book up to 10 but would only be allowed to play until 9:30 (if they get a lot of drop in players). Yeah its been tricky lately, but we keep on coming back because its a good place when everything works well.
I purchased some badminton and pickleball gear and also used the stringing service. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly, too. I always felt welcomed. Highly recommend.
The experience shopping for badminton equipments here was amazing. They have lots of varieties, from jerseys, racquets and shoes. If they don’t have an item that you really like in the store, they will try to order them for you. The price is reasonable too. The staffs are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall, it’s very good and will recommend to my fellow players, colleagues, family and friends.
