Came in on Friday to find a good pair of work shoes. Kim helped me and even though they didn’t have them in store she let me try on a pair that were close to fit as the non slip ones. She was very kind and made sure everything was correct before getting them shipped to me. Can’t wait to come back such a lovely store

Went to New Balance, in Sherway Gardens, to see if I could find extra wide walking shoes. Daman was the fit specialist who served me, and I can’t say enough about how patient she was! I tried on 3 pairs of shoes before deciding on a well fitting pair. It was a pleasant surprise finding an employee who listened and took the time to ensure I got a product that met my needs. Daman rocks!
Came here to buy specific shoes that the doctor recommended me, and right when I entered the store, Vince greeted me and offered to help. He was very helpful, patient and kind. He even made me walk around the store to see if the shoes fit me perfectly, and they did. Without his help, I probably wouldn’t have found exactly what I was looking for. The workers were just chilling together. I am sure they are not getting paid just to stand and talk. If you work in a shoe store as an associate you are supposed to welcome and ask customer if they need help as soon as they enter. Like we can't just go and start trying the shoes by ourselves. So whosoever is the manager kindly look at the evening staff who were scheduled for today. You guys just lost sales.
