Great ski shop, great specially for kids. I recently brought in some skis/boots/poles, and was given a very fair value as a store credit. I was impressed with their used ski selection — wish we knew about this store when our child was younger as we could have saved a LOT of money. They also have a great selection of very well priced NEW ski equipment. Best price around for ski tuning as well ($40). This is now our first stop for all our ski gear — highly recommend!
Tyler made it so easy to upgrade my twin girls skates from figure to hockey. He was passionate about what he was doing which made it so easy for me. His patience makes him a great employee. Thanks Tyler and play it again sports!
I kid you not, stores like this do not exist anymore. Honest, helpful, professional guidance and an outstanding ability to understand and connect with children and families. A special thank you to Mr. Dave Sherwood and the gentleman who is in school and substitute teaches (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name); you went above and beyond to help educate me in how to get my kiddo ready for hockey, and make sure my son felt excited and confident for his first day on the ice. Was here a few weeks ago and the service was fantastic. The guy helping my son and I really went above and beyond and knew his stuff. Can't recommend this place enough! 5/5 ⭐️
It is great place. One star less is due to the policy change. We can get paid for quality gears before, but get advice today that: only get paid on skates larger than size 4. All other gears trade-in only, and must for the same type. Like I can’t trade in elbow for new purchase of socks or shims. Missing the old days.
Nice place for sports equipment for growing kids, if you are not looking to keep it for extended period of time. If returning for cash or credit, better take cash, as credit appears to be "used" by unknown party, at every occasion.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. We got what we needed for my son and more. I saw that they had at least two guys for each sport. Very satisfied.
