Yesterday I came in to buy a pair of boots and was helped by a worker named Sabrina, she was very helpful and patient with me as I typically have a hard time finding shoes that fit my feet. There’s a big orthopaedic selection and I will be back.
I have known this Shoe Store to be at 'Cloverdale Mall', for many years! I needed a new pair of winter boots; and decided to visit this well-appointed shoe store! I was not sure, when the store would close for the day ( October 31st). As I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by Anne has worked at this location, for 7 years! She is friendly, very knowledgeable about shoes she sells and she is very 'helpful' during the 'fitting': helping me with the new boots AND helping me put my old boots back on!! I also met Liz, who has worked at Star Shoes for over 30 years! The price was 'right' and my new boots are staying inside my flat, until I am comfortable with them. (Don't want to use my leather spray, yet!) All in all, I am very delighted with my purchase. I have Anne and Liz to thank for that!!
If a store doesn’t return item, make sure something wrong with that. I bought 2 pairs of shoes. One for home one for my work. In an hour both of them completely broken. I paid about $100. First day I wore them for 1 hour I had shoes. Rest of day for 7 hours I was working in clinic with bare feet. It was a terrible day. I was very angry. The shoes I bought for home broken too in first day. When return it they said our policy is that we give our credit to buy another pair of shoes. With this bad experience if I can buy shoes from that store? I didn’t accept the credit and I lost $95. I want to say notice that they don’t return if your shoes is broken even on the first they

Yesterday was my first ever visit to s Star Shoes store.I was please with the selection, pricing and organization, but what made the experience exceptional was the efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales associate (Antonela).
We were told about the store by a friend and were thrilled with the great selection that such a small store had. We purchased exactly what we came for. We would certainly recommend the store to anyone.
I've been going specifically to Star shoes for over a decade. I've bought sandals, work pumps, pant shoes, dress shoes, leather slippers, even some ankle boots for slush when I cleaning the driveway in winter. I go to this mid-end mall on occasion just to check out what they have and have returned to buy the exact same pair because they continue to stock them for a couple of years. The shoes are reasonably priced and while not all-leather often have leather soles. It's been worth it for me.
