Soon as I walked in I was not greeted. The employees would stare me down instead of coming to me for help, but as soon as I pick up a shoe they all wanted to run for their commission. The manager was very disrespectful, ignorant, and needs to take accountability when in the wrong as well. This is all in the span of 20-30 minutes as well. Either the manager needs to go or the whole store has to. Switch it to a browns or something♂️.

Bad experience… last time I went here the employees were of no help and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. It wasn’t clean and there was dust on the display. It also left a bad taste in my mouth. WILL NOT RETURN

The worst customer service I’ve experienced is at this store. We’ve been loyal SoftMoc customers for a while, but unfortunately, both my husband and I have had the same negative experience at this specific location. The staff show no interest in helping customers, you have to call them several times just to get their attention. The first time I went in looking for a pair of running shoes. They had my size, but when the staff brought them out, they were clearly used, with visible signs of wear. I told the associate, and asked for a new pair. She simply said that was the only pair they had; no apology, no effort to help. I left without buying. More recently, for Mother’s Day, I wanted a pair of Birkenstock. Sadly, it was the same story. No one wanted to help, and when they finally brought out my size, it was the display pair, full of scuff marks. Again, when I asked for a new pair, the answer was no, that was the only one. We visit Sherway Gardens often, and thankfully, there are plenty of other shoe stores. We will definitely not be returning to this one.
I always enjoyed my shopping at Softmoc, salesperson are knowledgeable and good sale, easy to find the shoes when browsing around and earning points for discounts.
