I had been to browns a month ago. I recently moved to Canada and I was recommended to purchase sorrel boots for the winters since it’s very suitable for the winters. I liked a pair of the sorrel boots and purchased it for 260 dollar.however when I experienced the first snowfall on 28 November, I experienced water entering and my feet were wet, I went to the store again and the manager exchanged it and the second pair too was defective. He told me he would refund the amount. I did not take the refund as I would have had to go home barefoot, so I got it exchanged but unfortunately last week I had the same problem. The third time I walked in so frustrated that The guy refunded me the entire 260 and I brought an other pair that was for 200. The manager had given me the boots for a discounted price totaling it to 169 with a complimentary spray , But to sum it all I am very very disappointed with this outlet I will never again visit this store because it’s unbelievable that I had to visit the store thrice. I don’t know from where the shoe gets manufactured , not sure even if it’s duplicate but all that I know it was a bad in fact worst experience, I will never recommend anyone walking into browns west mall and purchasing any sort of boots , today I’m going to wear the boots that I exchanged lately on 20 Dec 2021 and if this is defective I will be so disappointed.
Well could you be any more snooty? And I purchased something! The "ladies" behind and around the counter were just rude! I thanked them for cashing me out twice! and no response... The gentleman that helped us was ok but not overly interested in helping... Do better people don't judge a book by it's cover!!! Will not be back!
I can't buy shoes from lady who has dirty unkept shoes. She missed the mark there. Nothing is wrong with sneakers/runners but Browns always had a reputation. Unless something has changed. Give the girl some free nice looking shoes so customers wasn't to buy them In retail, you are walking billboards/ free marketing.
Tried buying a pair of Docs but was told the transaction couldn't be processed without providing a phone number. Needless to say didn't buy them and won't be going back. Shame because the actual sales person was excellent and totally would have earned his commission if it wasn't for the cashier's adherence to this supposedly mandatory policy.
Great customer service and very helpful stuff. So much better then commission only oriented stuff in Square One location. Keep up the good work guys.
Had to wait 10 minutes to get someone to help me and the story wasn't even busy. When someone finally helped me, the person was rude and treated me with contempt.
