I saw a bunch of negative reviews before coming here, so I went in with low expectations. Honestly? Totally wrong. The guy who helped me was super chill, knew his stuff, and actually took the time to help instead of rushing me out the door. The service was on point and felt genuine. Way better experience than the reviews made it sound. I’d definitely come back to this location.
I have shopped at this location since it opened. I went in to do my Christmas shopping and my favourite sales lady was not in. When I asked about her next shift I would come back then. The sales associate who got to know my children my wife and myself. Sizes kind of shoes and colours we liked. When I was informed she was no longer working there I was shocked. Shelby was awesome, she took the time and was always kind to us . It was very disappointing to hear. The worst part of all of this was the negative and insulting comments from the staff was unprofessional especially when it was heard that their kind needed the work. My kids were heartbroken as they loved her. Shelby I hope you see this. You were amazing to me and my family and we hope you have a wonderful Christmas. Don’t be upset, remember I was there and saw first hand how you were belittled and screamed at by management, it devastated my son to see that kind of behaviour. Btw, please do all us a favour and buy some air fresheners. My family and extended family will not tolerate or return.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at this SoftMoc location. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in Canada. We came in to address a manufacturing defect on a pair of boots purchased less than three months ago—the sole was beginning to detach, causing water leakage. The Assistant Manager's handling of the situation was completely unacceptable. Refusal to Acknowledge Defect: When I demonstrated the problem (which was not visible until the boot was flexed), she immediately accused me of manually pulling the sole off and causing the damage myself. Personal and Offensive Comments: She then transitioned to personal attacks, attempting to shift the blame entirely. She suggested my child was wearing the boots improperly and even claimed my daughter's foot had grown so fast within two months that it caused the boot to rip and the glue to fail. Impact on My Child: These accusations were highly offensive and upsetting to my daughter, especially since she has successfully worn this exact brand for over a year previously without any issues. Her behavior was unprofessional and incredibly rude. Instead of resolving a clear factory defect, she resorted to blaming the customer and making baseless personal criticisms. A business must respect its customers, and this employee failed completely. ⚠️ WARNING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS: Do NOT purchase from this location. If you encounter any defects, you will face incredible problems trying to get a resolution, and their handling of warranty issues violates basic customer rights. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere. I strongly advise against shopping at this location due to the shockingly poor level of service.
So impressed by this location. It is huge! Great selection. Better than any of their other stores and great sales. I was shocked to know this location was there. But thrilled that they are. I highly recommend. Bring a little patience. Staffing seems short for a store that size. But the service is great. I have been there 3 times. So I know what I’m talking about. :)
Maneet was so great! She spent a lot of her time helping me to find the right shoes for my senior mother in-law which foot problems. I’d highly recommend this store to people - I had an excellent experience and will return.
Worst service ever today . Did not know about shoes . I asked how support was in shoes didn’t know , was guessing . Asked for help and seemed I was bothering her . Ridiculous, if you don’t want to help people you should not be in this kind of work
