The way they assist their customers is very good . They had many offers going on i come to order medium pizza but the girl at front gave me advise and i ordered a large pizza almost at same price . Other than that pizza was also very tasty i love it and would love to visit here again.
I came to pick up an Uber order, and all the workers ignored me. all I got was a quick bothered “hi”, and had to wait 5 minutes until someone asked me what they can do for me.

You can always tell that the pizza chef knows what they're doing, once you take a first look at your pizza. When I opened the box I was impressed right away. Pizza was nicely cooked with toppings laid out evenly. I came to this location for the first time today as I had a coupon. The last time I ever went to a Gino's Pizza was back in the mid-80s when I was in high school. There was an outlet at the local mall. Although you don't see too many Gino's Pizza outlets now, I'm glad to see this franchise is still in operation.
make sure you check your toppings i asked for chicken topping and just came home and there was no chicken topping ! very frustrating and exhausting to go back and deal with this waste of my drive too
Ordered a large butter chicken pizza and literally there were like 2 tiny pieces of chicken on each slice. Oh it costed us $25 for a pizza worth $5 max, so stingy with the sauce and toppings. Come on man at-least put something on the pizza we paid for? Didn’t like the service, didn’t like the pizza there was no taste of the sauce and chicken were basically non existent. You can see in the pictures one slice has like 2 tiny pieces and other slice literally have no chicken on it. How is it a butter chicken pizza? So disappointed ☹️ Edit: look how rude the owner’s reply is. We can see the professionalism in the reply. Clearly you don’t count “taxes” because you don’t give proper receipts, secondly: there’s thing called “reasonable portions” but I think giving 2 tiniest chicken pieces is your “reasonable portion” Anyways that was my last time visiting, not gonna give another chance to rude behaviour.
Worst timing ever. Came in to do takeout, they told me 4-5 min, but I waited 20-25 min. Response to owner: I ordered ahead of time, came to the location for my intended time of pick up, and was told they will need 4-5 more min, but ended up being 20-25 min.
