I ordered via DoorDash from this location for the first time and won’t be doing it again. I sent them a message about our order and no one followed up with me. The pizza was terrible; more like a piece of cardboard! If this is their traditional crust, I would hate to see their thin version! There was hardly any sauce so it was dry and we got maybe 5 pieces of bacon on the whole pie! It also wasn’t that cheesy which is what a pizza should be!! For the price this was an absolute fail!!
Dominic, this particular franchise. Exemplifies FAMILY DEMOGRAPHIC and togetherness. Last Christmas eve I was looking for a green pepper to make Trinidadian fried rice for my family. Everything was closed. The location I'm speaking of is west mall and bloor. I knew before they had a RABA FINE FOODS THEIR, CLOSED DOWN TO A STARBUCKS. I walked in to your to your fine establishment. I asked the friendly gentleman. " sir I'm sorry but do you have a green pepper for sale?" He proceeded to go to the fridge and with his whole ❤️, " gave me a Christmas green pepper. This review is based on the last order from this location. Pepperoni pizza was fantastic, fresh, hot, full of toppings, cheesy and saucy. The location seems hit and miss depending on who is working at the time. The female and younger employees make better pizzas which seem to rise and cook properly with a normal amount of toppings. I’ve ordered here 20+ times since they opened and can tell when the pizza will be good based on who greets me during pickup. I noticed that the older men working there skimp out on the toppings and their pizza tends to be dry and brunt, not sure if it’s cause they don’t care or perhaps they don’t know how to make it the Pizza Nova way.
Late night snack at Pizza Nova! It was delicious! Medium pepperoni with thick crust, well done. Pick up special for $10.49. Pizza was just the way I like it. Friendly service and clean restaurant. I will be back!
my family members went into the store and the young lady was completely disengaged, trash cans were over flowing and the cafe was a mess. Pizza wasnt heated long enough. We havent been this disappointed with this location before.
They don’t have space for dining in, so they only take orders for pickup or through UberEats, DoorDash, etc. We ordered ahead through their website and instantly got our confirmation email with the approximate time. When I got there, pur food was packed and ready. I paid and left with the food. Our pizzas were still warm when I got home. You only have to remind them about the sauce.
If I would gave 0 rating for customer service I would definitely give The old guy working here was so rude to customers and he has got no sense to how to talk with customer. It’s really annoying for me to get pizza from here because of the old man
