I have been to this pizza store many times but Equality and the toppings seem to be very poor the Amount of toppings seem to be little when they are in a rush when you have a Experience like this you think about going back to order pizza again
I ordered 3 medium custom pizzas off the Pizza Hut app. I ordered one of the pizzas with pickles on it and when I picked up the pizzas and got into the car to check the box they had put Jalapeños instead of pickles. When asked about it they let us know they don’t have pickles anymore and they have yet to take it off the app as an option. Very disappointed that they did not just reach out to let us know this was the case and instead put something that looked somewhat similar to pickles and just hoped we wouldn’t notice. When asking for a refund for that one pizza they said it would be “too complicated” and our only option was to have them make a new pizza with new toppings. Had they reached out to let us know the topping we ordered was no longer available we could have chosen something different and we would have been happy with that. The disappointed and frustration is from them putting a totally different topping on hoping we wouldn’t notice until we got home.
The lady that took my order was very nice and kind, a customer canceled their order already in the oven and she didn’t give the customer a hard time, she was more sincere.
Looks so unhygenic… Place not clean.. When you call to order they dont answer, you literally have to call 50times.. Dont recommend at all.. need better staff.. people who actually want to work..
One of the worst experience I have had here. Toppings were old and there was a distinct smell coming out of the pizza. Franchise must take actions against these people
Normally i have good service at this location but tonight the staff didn’t answer my phone calls, i drove there, then staff didn’t greet me and asked me to wait while she finished doing many other things. I went to the pizza hut on the Queensway, better service. Customer comes first
So I called and spoke to the manager as I should have taken a picture of my previous order which I regret not doing. I took another chance tonight . I decided to call the restaurant and ask if they can make it right this time. I was very respectful and all I asked was if they can make sure the order wasn't dry and stale And the manager was trying to tell Me that it never is basically told me I was wrong when I told her I orderd hand crafted and it wasn't even hand crafted It was dryer then croutons from a salad . The crust was so dry and hard Like it was over cooked . The manager couldn't even apologize All she kept saying was in her own words that I orderd the wrong pizza when I order from there 2x a month I even tried to order from another location unfortunately it sent my order there. I told the manager to take some accountability and to own up to the mistake but she couldn't even do that. She couldn't even apologize. What a terrible way to represent a business coming from a manager. I have worked for your competitors for more then 5 years and I'm so disgusted by her customer service...This isn't the first time this has happened with her its happened 3x in total . Pizza hut you need more managers who knows what accountability is and owns up to there mistakes.
