It’s a shame because they make really good pizzas but their customer service and wait times are out of control. I placed an order for pick up well in advance so well that it was an hour and a half in advance and when I came to pick it up the person at the cash told me that they were super busy today and that they needed 10 to 15 minutes so I complied and said yes and sat down a few minutes later another man shows up to pick up his order and the guy says he needs 20 minutes to which the other customer explained that every time they come to this location, he has to wait … keep note of that… The way that I was sitting in this establishment for an extra 30 minutes beyond my pick up time because they just started making my pizza WHEN I showed up to pay and pick up the pizza. No apologies no comp nothing. And when I asked for my receipt, they also made me wait for that because they couldn’t figure out how to use their own computer to print a receipt. It’s obvious that they were scrambling as they did not make my order in time for the pick up time that was agreed upon because my first bite of my delicious pizza had a hair in it.!! the older man running the place kept saying they were super busy today, however, in the 35 minutes that I was sitting at the restaurant, only one other person walked in to which they also had to wait for their pizza that they set for pick up.
I need to share ,I was so annoyed today by having pizza at this location,I never saw something like these ,all these years I’m living here in Toronto and GTA, we ordered medium veggie pizza ,which wasn’t really medium ,was something between small and medium for 30$ !!!!!! And after all the pizza was half empty and the bread wasn’t even at all ,as you will see in the picture,I hope people would do their job responsibly and respectfully and doing their best no matter where they work and what job title they have,we ate the pizza just because we were so hungry after work ,otherwise I would return the pizza and having the money back and going to some other places which you get what you pay for ,that’s big cheating on people,I wish people would learn how to be more fair ,that was waste of money and time today to eat at this pizza IOLO unfortunately.
This store is a hidden gem in Etobicoke. The pizza is always fresh, loaded with flavor, and made with quality ingredients. Whether you go for a classic like the Gianni Ola or a veggie-packed Bianca, you won’t be disappointed. Friendly staff, quick service, and great options for gluten-free and vegan eaters make this spot a go-to. Highly recommend!
Went in for 2 SMALL pizzas. The total was $40. Which would be fine normally. But the pizzas were so disappointing. The Mediterranean looked NOTHING like the marketing. The toppings were SO sparse. (See pictures.) The white FLECKS were the total sum of the FETA cheese I was given, not to mention the other sad sad toppings. I guess they tried to make up for it with the amount of black olives. The other pizza (a friend ordered) looked just as disappointing. Not ever returning here. Not for $40, for what was served. I would be embarrassed.
My go-to neighbourhood chain pizza place. Staff is super friendly, pizza crust is delicious. Special thank you to Kris for being so great and remembering my order!!
This has to be the most slimy pizza I’ve had in my life. Actually gross. Not cooked well. I even put it back in the oven and it was still gross. What happened here? It’s not easy to mess up pizza. You guys are usually good but this was terrible.
My Nona and I went for pizza...they were very busy but still went the entra mile to make a specific slice for my Nona cause the one she wanted had just been sold. THANK YOU
