I just ordered a pepperoni pizza , was through door dash. That was the best pizza I have ever had. I love pizza and try every single spot I see and somewhat of a self proclaimed connoisseur .This is hands down the best. So much pepperoni and just the best kind. Perfect cheese, perfect sauce, perfect crust. I usually have to order well done and extra pepp. Nope. Just do what you do. 10/10
I've recently placed an order from Donatelli’s, but unfortunately the quality was very disappointing. The pizza arrived overcooked and heavily burnt around the edges, making the crust extremely tough and unpleasant to eat. The toppings were uneven, dried out, and the pizza overall did not taste fresh. As shown in the photo, it looked old, poorly prepared, and not worth the price I paid. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement, as this does not meet acceptable quality standards.
The pizza is great, and the staff are super friendly. My only criticism is the over priced “store bought” Heinz dipping sauce. They used to have homemade garlic dip (I think it was homemade?). Either way, it tastes better than the store bought ones that shouldn’t cost almost $3. Other than that, I enjoy ordering their pizza!
My first experience at this place was good until i came back for the second time and ordered something different. The food tasted nothing other than a store bought frozen meal you will find at the grocery store and it was extremely bland. The food came cold and rushed and i asked for a refund which i was offered that hed remake the food. Which I accepted the offer. I take the second food and felt sick afterwards which is honestly strange to me. Will not return back and I was so disappointed with my experience here. I expected better from a place like this really disappointed. The only two stars im really giving was for my first time and the offer to remake the food which wasnt great either it was the same as the first time. Anyways please me cautious where you spend you money.
I had my first slice from Donatelli's Pizzeria last week and it was awesome. Piping hot, loaded with cheese and yummy pepperoni. Being a 30 yr patron at Milano's Pizza on Bloor you cannot even compare the two. I would highly recommend Donatelli's, and give their pizza slice a try. They have a great lunch time special on 2 slices. Great job guys!
Their Pizza is good, but their deals are sneaky and confusing Their prices are skyhigh. I just paid $17,25 for 2 slices of pepperoni and a dipping sauce $3!!!! I asked the cashier about the 2 slices for $6.99 deal and he showed me the fine print of.."only until 3:30pm!" SNEAKY!!!
EDIT IN 2025: This place used to be amazing with fresh quality ingredients and pizza that always delivered. I always say this pizza even beat out New York Pizza which says a lot. Since 2024 you can tell, they clearly cheated out on the ingredients. The cheese they use is cheap and stringy. The garlic dip is not what it was before. The only nice person working there that will give decent pizza is Nic. Old review: Amazing place! The staff is the sweetest and always has amazing energy. Pizza is always crispy and delicious and the wings!! Omg sooo good. 15/10 for this place!
