Fantastic team of professionals! Clean facility! Best place for xray and ultrasound in etobicoke. I hear they do Vascular as well, but haven't tried that yet.
While the Technicians are generally pleasant, on several occasions the front desk women have made it a priority to be rude and disrespectful. If you are ever a few minutes late they take pride and pleasure in embarrassing you openly about it. It seems they have forgotten that their job is not to disrespect patients like they are school kids. Or they have not been made aware of the fact that they would not have that job if no patient used the facility. Perhaps some training or reorientation is needed so they can realize that the service patients/ customers come to them for, is medical diagnostics and not disrespectful rebukes.
I had the pleasure of being assisted twice by Oleg, the ultrasound technician from Vitacorp, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care and attention he provided. He was professional, kind, and made me feel truly comfortable throughout the process. Thank you, Vitacorp, for having such a dedicated and thoughtful professional on your team. You’re doing a great job!

Had an excellent experience here. I’m from out of town and called to see if they take walkins, they scheduled me in an hour after. The technician was very thorough and reassuring. Would totally recommend.
I've been here once before and I had to come back a second time for the same ultrasound because it seemed as though they forgot to take some measurements - not really a big deal for me. Booking my most recent appointment for a bit of an invasive ultrasound, when I told the receptionist what the ultrasound was for, she made me feel SUPER awkward about it, responding with an "okay then...." - did not seem very professional to me.
I went to this clinic for my ultrasound appointment a couple of weeks ago and found the staff at front desk very friendly and polite. The ultrasound tech was very professional and very warm towards me which made me feel less nervous and anxious. She was amazing. Will book all my appointments at this clinic in the future. Highly recommend.
