After my appointment, they discovered that my doctor had requested two ultrasounds but only one was completed. They immediately informed me and processed a refund for the second test without any hassle. I truly appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and commitment to patient care. Horrible front desk staff & etiquette, rude technicians -especially the middle aged male with salt n pepper hair .He clearly hates his job and I can say without a doubt, the most abrupt/uncaring xray technician I’ve ever encountered! The change rooms are so tiny that you’re 99% certain to give a show of your half-clothed self to anyone and everyone walking by! As I was leaving my appointment, there was a very irate patient who was clearly unhappy about how she was treated and that just solidified my thoughts about my experience. Go elsewhere if you prefer to be treated like a human being.
I was seen by Mariam this morning. She was very professional, friendly and reassuring. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen and everything seemed tidy, clean and organized.

I have my appointment last week and they're on time. Nevertheless I am very happy and satisfied with the service. They deserve a recognition.
