I came here for prenatal ultrasound exams on two separate occasions, once for each of my pregnancies, and unfortunately both experiences were with the same ultrasound technician who needs significant improvement in her bedside manner. During my first pregnancy, I saw her for a final ultrasound before delivery. She stated that she was an OB-GYN in China and repeatedly commented that my baby looked small. This caused unnecessary stress and worry. When I later saw my actual OB, I was reassured that everything looked normal and there were no concerns. I returned again during my second pregnancy purely due to the convenience of the location. I had the same technician, who asked for consent to perform a transvaginal ultrasound. I declined and explained that all of my previous ultrasounds had been transabdominal. She continued to insist, repeatedly referencing her past credentials as an OB-GYN, and did not respect my decision as a patient. After this, her demeanor became passive and unprofessional—minimal communication, no explanation of the procedure, and mumbling under her breath. Her bedside manner made what should have been a special and reassuring moment—seeing my baby for the first time—very uncomfortable and distressing. I later received confirmation from my family doctor, who is also an OB-GYN, that the abdominal ultrasound results were normal. While I do not discredit her technical skills, this experience reflected a lack of professionalism and awareness of the scope of her role as an ultrasound technician. She would greatly benefit from respecting patient autonomy , improving her bedside manner, and reviewing the capacity of an ultrasound technician.
Referred by Medcan so I thought it would be a reputable company. Have called so many times and no answer or call back. And website does not give an email address so you try to contact them through the website and it doesn't work. Try to tell someone and just get totally blown off. They just dont seem to care. Latest review I saw has me worried.
horrible is the only word to describe my experience at this location. Had an x-ray of my knee done there few months back.... my knee got infected after a simple telescopic operation procedure 7 years ago, which caused a severe arthritis of the knee.... went to this location just for updated x-ray their results stated mild arthritis of the knee.. x-rays from 3 years ago showed severe arthritis of the same knee.. AGAIN did the x-ray of THE SAME knee a week ago at the hospital... STILL SEVERE arthritis in my right knee... so... use this location at your own risk.
I am so very grateful for their service at this particular location. Both the receptionist and the technicians (one of whom is a doctor actually) are incredibly kind and thorough. And even if there might be a waiting time perhaps, it would all be worth it because I trust them with my life. Thank you for all you have done for me so far.
Amazing care! Booked my ultrasound at this location after the amazing treatment from their lab next door, and after a bad experience at another place. They were very caring, super accommodating to my health needs, and went above and beyond. Both the receptionist and the technician were amazing. I'm sorry I didn't get names, but I am super impressed and highly recommend this location. THANK YOU!
I do have a neck injury, called in the morning to check if i need to book an appointment or i can walk in. This happened on Monday November 13. I arrived there at 2pm, the door is closed and there is a paper on the door saying they dont do xray in the afternoon! Why I wasnt told that when I called in. This caused me so much pain
5 stars only because people who work at this place are professional, friendly and always doing a great job to make sure you get a good experience. However this place needs some renovation. It is not very pleasant to look at that black mold while you have ultrasound or getting an X-ray
