I have been going to this clinic for over 20 yrs. I can say the staff in particular the X-ray technician and receptionist are lovely. I have seen different ultrasound technicians come and go but for the most part it has definitely been a positive experience. The receptionist has to deal with so many rude and impatient people I applaud her composure! She has gotten to know my family over the years and usually asks how everyone is. Just super kind and helpful. People who complain about pregnancy ultrasounds are not usually experienced and don’t realize the technicians are not allowed to show you the screen in case it’s negative. But once they realize it is positive they are permitted to share that with you. That’s any ultrasound technician policy. Thank you for years of great service!
Going for first ultrasound after confirming pregnancy. Was very nervous and did not feel welcomed or comfortable from staff. The tone from the receptionist was very rude and then upon doing ultrasound the tech was not understanding in regards to me wanting to continue to see testing even through early stages. For such a special moment, I feel like the staff could treat their clients with some more understanding. My bladder was not full at the time which I understood but I just felt so disregarded on such a highly anticipated day, Would not recommend those going through pregnancy to go there.
Had worst experience of my life. It was my first ultrasound and I was very nervous already, the technician was very rude and not helpful at all. I was shaking the whole time and technician was not communicating as well. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Had an ultrasound done last week. Have to say the technician was extremely nice and gentle but that was the only good part of it. I had to drink 5 cups of water an hour before the appointment, but when I got there the receptionist had to consult with 3 other people who worked there about billing info which wouldn't have been a big deal except I had to use the bathroom very badly which I couldn't until after the ultrasound. Then once that was figured out and they begun it was revealed I drank too much water.... The worst part of it all I wasn't allowed to see the screen which made me fear the worst, that my baby didn't have a heartbeat. When she saw I was upset she showed me the heart beat quickly and printed out a few pictures. I will not be going back just for that last reason alone, it was nerve racking being without my partner and her not showing the screen (like was done in my previous pregnancy). It also seems like they're using old machines
Was just recently there and again had a very good experience. This time was for ultrasound and I have to say I am so impressed with the professional and kind experience at this clinic. It is getting hard to find. Great team you have there, treat them well!
