The clinic is very clean, well-organized, and appointments were handled efficiently. I truly felt that my health and well-being were their top priority. I may have given them 5 stars except for the technician that cut the skin on my chest in several places in preparation to placing ECG electrode stickers. A completely negligent and careless individual! He did not even apologize!
I just came back from Home country, wana come in your office to say thanks to the booking girl yaad, she helped my mom 3 months back ,mom got sick she was on visit visa no one gave us medicine but that lady explain everything in hindi even though she come to meet her in test room. Booked her test and doctors appointment after 2 weeks thank god pharmacy gave us medicine because of that. I would say very good service.

I am extremely pleased with the outstanding service provided by the Cardiac Technologist, Rahila khan. From the moment I arrived, Rahila Khan was a model of professionalism and empathy. She greeted me warmly and took the time to explain each step of the procedures, ensuring I understood what to expect. Her clear and detailed explanations helped alleviate any anxieties I had. Throughout the tests, the cardiac technologist demonstrated remarkable expertise and skill. She was meticulous in her work, making sure all the equipment was functioning correctly and that I was comfortable at every stage. Her calm and reassuring manner made a significant difference in my experience, allowing me to relax and trust the process. Additionally, the echocardiograph, Vadim was highly professional, kind and polite, contributing to the overall excellent service. I highly recommend Ontario Heart Centre for anyone in need of cardiology services. I met Technician Rahila, when she attended to my mother on October 20, 2023. She is a joyful person, who carried out her duties emanating and exuding laughter. She was very friendly, and made my mother comfortable. She cheered her on as she walked on the treadmill. She created the right environment for patients to their best in the various tests.
