Service is good. They are very gentle, my issue is with the imaging process. They don’t print images for you (I got an OB ultrasound) and it takes 5 business days for you to see the images on the portal they used called PocketHealth. I was hoping to see my baby’s images but looks like I have to wait for the radiologist report cuz that’s gonna come first

My experience at Richmond Gardens X-Ray & US was excellent from the moment I called for an appt. The entire team, especially the front desk staff, were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The wait time was exactly as expected as they are a busy clinic. The service area was quite clean and well-organized, which is always reassuring. The technician who handled my service was highly professional and friendly. She explained the process, ensuring I understood everything before I left. I recommend this location for reliable friendly service and great customer care.
I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The doctor was very attentive, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for and reassured. The receptionist was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. She was polite, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Overall, excellent service from both the doctor and the front desk. Highly recommended!
My paediatrician always sends my kids for X-rays and ultrasounds here because she says they do a great job of getting the results to her quickly. She was right. The staff are friendly and professional and parking is free!
Got my X-rays done with no appointment, very convenient and the ladies at the front were very kind to me. Will definitely come back if I need more tests done.
Stay away if you need to have a bone density test done and value your time. I had a scheduled appointment at 1:30 and after I came I wasted 45 minutes waiting for the test. In this time 7 or 8 people that came after me had their Xray done. At my inquiry how long I still have to wait I was told that the technician will bring me in after he finishes an Xray! At that I left and I'll go to another lab which is better managed.
