I was genuinely impressed with the high level of professionalism, workmanship of the crew at Super Delta. John Syed the sale rep offered all inclusive, fair pricing. Shaquille and Hussein came do the installation at my place, they respected my property and use their working carpet to prevent damage on the floor. perform the work with good care an clean up to the best of their ability before they left the work site. John himself followed through with the furnace warranty registration without being asked. Very impressive team in customer service. With many scammers out there nowadays, It is absolutely a breathe of fresh air to see an honest business providing high quality installation service at a fair price. I would personally recommend them to anyone I know if they need furnace and AC replacement.
So far, the service and warmth I have received from them deservs more than 5 stars, they were extremely patient with my ever evolving situation and they did accomodate all my wishes, requirements and timeslots... They guided me to the best possible and sustainable solitions beyond market gimmick and they assured the quality claimed gets delivered .... I cannot write about their after sales as they installed my equipments today but I am extremely happy and hopefull about the entire team, pricing is perfect and skills are amazing for the team.... Worse Experience with these guys don't have any respect for their customers ,after sale service is very poor due to the guy husan who has no customer service skills.He was very Rude and arrogant with us .when they have to sell the furnace unit then commit for 5 year parts and labor warranty .by chance my unit stop working within 4 months and they try to put blame on us and use excuses to cover their skin.On the other hand there is third party technicians check that if these guys not fix it then we will take care of everything. We were shocked and impressed to hear that the company who doesn't install our unit is taking care of us instead the company who installed ourunit not providing services as committed. We feels very upset and unsatisfied with this company no more future business with these guys. So don't even try these guys for any quote completely fake commitments.

I have used Super Delta for my previous house and when my furnace broke down in my new house I knew who to call. They showed up same day diagnosed it and replaced it the next day. I highly recommend using this company, and specifically speaking, Please ask for Shafiqe. We had two different deliveries and installs done yesterday. Gas Range FROM a Duel Range Washing Machine. For both these installs we had asked the company delivering to install only the washer, as the GAS STOVE, needed a certified tech which Shafiqe is. The washer proved a little difficult in due to rust around one of the water pipes and the company that was meant to do the install very quickly gave us, further more they said they would not even try to do it because they did not want to be responsible for if there are any problems. I wont get into all the problems with the company sent to install, rather I will like to highlight several incidents which will make anyone working with Shafiqe a forever customer. 1. Showed up right on time, and I didnt have to follow up or chase him. He kept me up to date, and again was on time. 2. He also serviced our tankless water heater, something that we didnt even know needed to be done at least once a year, and we had never done it since its install, 7 years ago. 3. He very wasted no time and disconnected the Old Stove, and Washing Machine. 4. He was able to explain and show before and after pictures and videos of all things that he did. 5. He took his time and explained in person to me so I could understand exactly what the problems were, and why they needed to be fixed. 6. Did not once make me feel pressured into fixing anything that I didnt want to fix at the time. 7. When the Washer came and the company hired to install it was making excuses, he very quickly took the initiative and took care of the install. 8. He spent over an hour making sure all the butane burners were not only working correctly, but also made sure that we understood how to use our new stove. There was no requirement him to teach us how to use our new stove, the settings, the extra parts. He definitely is not being paid by Samsung to give us the details. However he was patient and stayed almost 5 hours and did not leave until everything was working and done to proper specifications.
