For reasons beyond my control we were about to go into our second winter without heat. I don't want to get into the reasons why. I had already been told my heating system needed a new motherboard. Called up Jorge Sunday afternoon. Out of desperation I took a chance with him based on his Google reviews because we were the front end of an Alberta Clipper. Not only was it bloody cold but I feared the pipes would burst. I got a really good vibe right away over the phone so I hired him on the spot. He was well spoken, considerate & very clear about what he needed to do to resolve my problem. He was at my house first thing Monday morning (part distrbutors are closed Sundays) & we had heat by noon. He was kind, courteous, confident & above all totally professional. Plus, no hidden costs. I will hire him again in the spring for my AC. HIGH RECOMMEND!
Jorge saved the day! He came within an hour of me calling him. Jorge diagnosed the problem in my A/C unit and changed the capacitor which was eroded. He was very knowledgeable and checked my furnace as well to see if it's well maintained. I've never seen such prompt and excellent service. Highly recommend!
