Farid and his crew slugged a furnace / heat pump install for 15 straight hours. Never saw them take a break. Left my house at 1 am in middle of winter making sure the heat was working. Impressive to say the least.
A plus air system installed mini split units in my house two years ago. One unit started leaking a blue liquid. I called and they had a technician show up, clean out the unit, and left - no issues. About 7-8 months later the same unit started leaking again. I called in, they said they’d send someone out, no one ever showed up. When I called back again, a lady told me I’d have to pay $160 so a technician to show up. I asked to speak to a manager to which she said someone would call me back - no one did. Eventually about 2 months later someone calls, I reexplain the situation, he’s insistent on the $160 fee, until I tell him they never addressed the issue the first time, he understands and says he’ll call me back the following Monday. This is a decent company, and the people are typically very nice. But I’ve never had this lack of communication, especially after making a major investment.
