Amazing service, even late on the weekend. Provided electric heaters overnight until the new furnace could be installed. Excellent and pleasant communication throughout the process between the technician, the quoting/delivery process and the finance team, performed by different specialists in their fields but everything happened simultaneously within a couple of hours from the technician being on site.
Sipco and Nick are the best. They're responsive, reasonably priced and always willing to help. They are our go-to HVAC people and we recommend them to everyone.

It's always disconcerting when a major HVAC component in your house fails and you need it replaced. It's not like shopping around for a power saw or refrigerator where you can easily compare specs and prices online. I called Sipco based on a neighbour's recommendation. Yarko called me back promptly and came to my house to see what was needed. Everything was explained properly and honestly, unlike my last furnace from a BIG contractor and their high pressure salesman. Installation was scheduled in two days and done on time. The installers used booties inside my house and did an A1 job at a price that was far less than I expected. Yarko kept dropping in to make sure everything was right. I highly recommend SIPCO for your residential HVAC needs.
The furnace in our townhouse broke down two days before Christmas. The technician was out to assess the problem within a few hours of my call, and they sourced the parts and had it up and running by the afternoon of Christmas Eve. Andrew and his team really came through for us.
We needed home fuel oil delivery, as Laird and sons moved us to 7 days full payment and had no plans for going back to monthly payments. We were with them for around 20 years. Sipco listened to our dilemma and directed us to Lambert Oil who do monthly billing. Being on pension we were very pleased. The folks at Sipco were kind and helpful, great bunch of good people.
