Jeremy has been taking care of the HVAC in our townhouse unit for over 10 years, and we honestly couldn't ask for better service. Gary at A&A was amazing and came to my rescue while I was vacationing in Dominican and my air conditioner died. On a early Saturday morning I reached him and he came to my house within hours, and made a assessment of what needed to be to it AND my HVAC system, which was in sad need of maintenance (my regular company failed). Unfortunately, my 30 year old air conditioner needed to be replaced and other things done to bring everything back on line. All Gary and his son did was in the middle of a heat wave here in Toronto, so I am especially grateful for his quick and expert response and advice on a replacement unit. You are my hero Gary. I have been dealing with A&A heating and air conditioning for many many years they are a family owned, and operated Canadian company and they have ALWAYS gone over and above to help me very honest and trustworthy company. With this heatwave my parents AC stopped working and Greg rushed out late evening to help my senior parents to fix their AC!!! I can never say enough of the amazing care that Greg provided my parents late last night please know we are forever grateful!!
I promise when you call these guys you will have Hvac people for life. Its a family business which is even better. My ac died and needed a new one, I called a few Hvac places, including costco which sent a crew with a wrong unit and its just sub contracted anyway so you dont know who you deal with and they explained nothing, big box for you. Greg at A&A talked to me for a good while with a great attitude and explained so much i didn't know. They came on time installed the unit in a couple of hours, laid carpet down and I have to say I was impressed. Very honest, trustworthy and respectful I can't say enough good thing about them. I wish I had called them first, but now I'm glad I know who to call. Plus their warranty on labor is 2 years longer than anyone else, shows you they care about their work and product.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with A&A. My ac went today and I reached out to them via text just after 6 within minutes I received a response and within 30 minutes Jeremy was at my door. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. He was incredibly thorough offering me tips on how to cool my house most efficiently and he was able to fix my AC quickly at an incredibly affordable price. Typically I shy away from hvac stuff as it is something my husband Looks after but he was out of town so I had no choice. Jeremy made it incredibly approachable and I am so grateful that my family doesn’t have to sleep in the heat tonight. Would highly recommend them! Thanks guys!
